How does the application process work?

Take the Spartan Assessment on our Apply page. If we're a fit, you'll book a consultation. Onboarding starts within 7 days of your yes.

How long is a typical engagement?

We ask for a 12-week minimum so we can see real adaptations. Most clients stay 12–24 months.

Do you take beginners?

Yes. Hybrid and Online are strong starting points. In-Person is best when you already train regularly.

Do you coach women?

Absolutely. Roughly half of the Spartan roster identifies as women.

What if I travel constantly?

Every plan is built with travel in mind. Hotel-gym and bodyweight blocks are provided in advance, not scrambled together on the road.

Is nutrition included?

In-Person and Hybrid include nutrition. Online can add it as a module.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Pauses are allowed twice per 12 months for medical or work-travel reasons.
