We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the platform, and limited technical information from your device.

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Application information: goals, training history, injury history, and lifestyle context.
• Communications you send us through email, messaging, or coaching check-ins.
• Billing and contact details required to deliver coaching services.

Members may upload progress photos to track body composition changes. Photos are visible only to the member and their assigned coach and are never used for marketing without explicit written consent.

Height, weight, circumference measurements, and related metrics are stored to inform programming and to visualize progress over time. Members may request deletion of these records at any time.

Sets, reps, loads, workout completion, and session notes are stored to program future training blocks and to review progress with your coach.

Meals, macronutrient totals, adherence notes, and nutrition check-ins are stored so your coach can adjust your plan and provide feedback.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Project Spartan never stores full credit card information on our own systems. Stripe returns a limited, non-sensitive record (such as the last four digits and card brand) for receipt and support purposes only.

We use your contact details to send account, billing, and coaching messages. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting support@projectspartanco.com.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use aggregated analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the member experience. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not sold to third parties.

When you visit the site or use the platform we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URL. This information is used for security, diagnostics, and to keep the service reliable.

• Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
• Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS).
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
• Access to member data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We work continuously to protect your information and to respond quickly if an issue is identified.

We retain member information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

Members may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@projectspartanco.com. We will confirm your request, remove data that is no longer required for legal or accounting purposes, and notify you when deletion is complete.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact support@projectspartanco.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and, where required by law, within the statutory response window.

Project Spartan is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Project Spartan operates from Boston, Massachusetts. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
